Hi Cloister Flooring America!  Thank you so much for the beautiful flower delivery today. We love our new floor… It looks perfect in our house and it feels great to walk on. We've received a ton of compliments from so many people that have come to our house all summer long!!!  Your service, from the start, has been fantastic and we were so appreciative of the help that you provided during the beginning stages when we found out we needed to replace the flooring, as well as all of the help in the show room with so many choices and the professionalism of the crew that came to lay the floor.  I am really grateful for the help in the show room because the woman that we were working with really listened & heard what we wanted and helped us to choose the flooring that would fit perfectly with our family of two young children and our busy lifestyle. She also was an expert in helping us to choose the color & style of the floor. We are so happy with the quality of the flooring and absolutely love the fact that it is water resistant and that it cleans so nicely.  We have a pool, so when people walk onto the floor and drip from the pool, it is so nice to know that the floor is not getting ruined and that after everyone leaves, I can simply mop it up very quickly.
